Tours take place in all weather conditions, whether it is sunny, raining, or snowing. Cancellations due to weather are not allowed. Refunds are only possible if the museum closes due to extreme weather and allows ticket reimbursement.
Wheelchairs and baby strollers are not allowed on guided tours. Visitors with disabilities can participate as long as they can keep up with the group. If you have a disability of 74% or more, a refund for the ticket may be requested at least 72 hours in advance with valid documentation.
Small backpacks are allowed, but large backpacks, suitcases, and bulky items are not permitted. The Vatican Museums offer a baggage check service, but the Colosseum does not.
When visiting the Vatican Museums and other places of worship, shoulders, cleavage, and knees must be covered.
For large groups, we cannot guarantee that everyone will be in the same tour group. Guided tours for school groups are not available. Schools must contact the museums directly, as they provide specific guided visits for students.
